62S/Christmas Valley

When the time is short, or the weather just won't let us go far from Bend, then Christmas Valley is the place to go. The runway is right in town next to the main highway. A short walk east on the north side of the highway and you have two choices for food. Nothing special, but reliable food. No services, no cars, no nothing but the little downtown area.

For fun fly a bit east and check out the unused massive radar site. Fort Rock and Hole In The Ground are just a bit north west of the field.
