2S7/Chiloquin State

Just north of KLMT/Klamath Falls is Chiloquin State. No aviation services, but just across the road from Melitas. Melitas has motel rooms and a fine restaurant. If you are grounded by the weather, or just want a fine breakast check out 2S7. Just one thing to watch out for, you have to dash across busy Highway 97 to get from the runway to Melitas. Rumor has it that there is a neaarby Indian Casino that can pick you up by prior arrangement.
